Trick Or Treat

Karlie and I travelled to the Portland area over Halloween weekend. We went to visit Daddy who was working over there and to go Trick Or Treating with Karlie's cousins.
Here is Karlie getting ready to head to Downtown Molalla to start the evening out.
Olivia the the Cowgirl Princess, Karlie the Butterfly and Georgia the Candy Corn.
Karlie spent a lot of time walking with her older cousin Olivia who is four and Olivia's friend Ruby. It was like Karlie was suddenly a big girl, no longer needing to hold Mommy or Daddy's hand. She really seemed to enjoy Trick or Treating, and when she got to choose from candy bowls, she always picked a sucker.

After we went downtown, we took a little dinner break and then headed around the neighborhood where her cousins live. Again, Karlie was a big girl, going up to the doors with the older kids and leaving Mommy and Daddy behind. She did such a great job remembering to thank the people who gave her candy. A couple of times she forgot to say thank you and ran back to the door to tell them. It was a great night. We would like to thank Olivia, Georgia, Aunt Joni and Uncle Travis for inviting us to share in their Halloween fun. We all had a great time.
