Finally the big night! Karlie had been excited for days and it was great to finally be here.

We snapped a few shots while we were waiting for the show to begin.

Karlie really didn't want to have her picture taken. She was too excited for the show to start. I think she really didn't know what to expect.

Grandpa Danny made sure that he spoiled her rotten while we were there.

She got an Ariel doll. Ariel is her favorite princess.

As the local news anchor woman said a few words before the show began, you can see the anticipation on Karlie's face.

Tinkerbell and the Prince from each fairytale started the show.

Jasmine from Aladdin was the first Princess story.

The sets were gorgeous and there were lots of skaters dancing throughout each tale.

Aladdin and Jasmine even flew around the event center on the magic carpet.

The fairies Flora, Fauna and
Merryweather from Sleeping Beauty were next.

There is Aurora aka
Briar Rose.

Sebastian from the Little Mermaid started the next tale.

Ariel was beautiful. It was really hard to get a good shot of her
because of the lighting.

Ariel and Ursula.

Princess
Mulan was next. We haven't seen this movie yet but knew the basic story from books.

This was the dragon from
Mulan.

Karlie loves the Seven Dwarfs. Or "
Dorfs" as Karlie would say. Dopey is her favorite.

Don't eat that apple Snow White!! The crowd was great and kept yelling "Don't Eat It!" It was too funny.

Beauty and the Beast.

Here is where each Prince woke up his Princess.

Mickey and Minnie were also there.

Goofy too!

This was the look on Karlie's face during the entire show. She was wide eyed with amazement. It was just as much fun watching her as it was the show. If you asked her a question, she would answer you but not take her eyes off what was happening on the ice.

Prince Charming and Cinderella were next.

The mice were present.

And the evil stepsisters.

The coach was there, but it was
nearly impossible to get a good shot of it.

The Royal Ball.

Cinderella arrives.

They meet, they skate.

Then all of the Princess and the Princes are in wedding attire.

I have to say, this was a truly incredible experience for Karlie and I. Just getting on the airplane and going to this was fun, but the Disney folks are amazing. If you get a chance to experience Disney on Ice, go for it. It was awesome. And I have to say a GIANT THANK YOU to Dad and
Barbara for making this possible. I know it was a spur of the moment adventure that wasn't exactly cheap. But it was so much fun for both Karlie and I. I don't think either of us will ever forget it. Thank you, again.

This is an exhausted kid on the plane ride home.
