I was brave today, I decided to let Karlie paint. We finger painted, used a brush, and used water colors. This kid loves to paint. Actually, she is really interested in all things artsy. Music, coloring, painting, playdoh, she loves it all. I am trying to encourage her and let her enjoy these things that she likes so well. I know that getting in there and getting paint on your hands is important for development. Sometimes it can be messy, but Karlie getting to experiment and learn is more important to me than the little bit of mess that it creates.
She is very serious when she paints.
I got her to stop painting long enough to flash me a fake smile. She wasn't interested in anything but the paint.
Just thought I would share a few of her masterpieces that she created today.
